Steps to connect HubSpot CRM and Skrapp.io

1. Visit the Integrations page to find the app you wish to integrate

2. Choose a CRM from the list, such as HubSpot. Select ‘Connect’ to enable contact sync in your HubSpot CRM

3. Once you’re redirected to the login page of your HubSpot CRM, enter your login details to proceed.

4. After logging in, you’ll be asked to connect HubSpot with Skrapp.io. Click on ‘Connect app’ to initiate the integration process.

5. Once the connection is enabled, you’ll be prompted to select the account that you want to enable for contact syncing. Select the radio button next to the specific account you want to sync with Skrapp.io. Then, Click ‘Choose Account’. This step occurs since a lot of HubSpot users manage multiple company accounts from a single HubSpot account.

6. Finally, you can confirm the integration by checking the status on the Integrations page in your Skrapp.io web app.

Methods to sync your Skrapp.io contacts in HubSpot

There are three ways to sync your Skrapp.io contacts in your HubSpot CRM.

Method 1: Syncing all contacts at once

1. Go to your Skrapp app. Click the list name on the left menu that you want to sync in your HubSpot CRM.
2. Next, click on ‘CRM Sync’ to choose a CRM from the drop-down menu (in this case, you’ll choose HubSpot). This will enable sync for all your Skrapp.io contacts to your HubSpot CRM automatically.

Method 2: Syncing selective contacts

1. Go to your Skrapp app. Click the list name on the left menu that you want to sync with your HubSpot account.
2. Next, select the checkbox for the Skrapp contacts you want to sync in your HubSpot CRM.
3. Click on ‘CRM Sync’ to choose a CRM from the drop-down menu (in this case, you’ll choose HubSpot). This method ensures that only the selected contacts are synced in your HubSpot CRM.

Third method: Syncing individual contacts

1. Go to your Skrapp app. Click the list name on the left menu that you want to sync with your HubSpot CRM.
2. Select an individual contact by clicking the ‘+’ icon to expand the contact details.
3. Click the ‘CRM Sync’ option placed above the contact details. This method ensures that only the selected individual contact is synced in your HubSpot CRM.

By implementing these steps, you can enable seamless integration between your Skrapp app and your HubSpot CRM to support real-time contact syncing.
