The volume of credits on your balance determines the number of business emails you can find.
Credits are consumed when you find email addresses.
Your credits balance will be supplemented depending on:
- Your billing cycle: monthly vs. yearly.
- Your current subscription.
You can track your email credits consumption on your web dashboard, right underneath your name on the left panel, or on your account settings.
Email credits are only consumed when you find an email address.
- No credits are consumed if a lead is saved with no email available.
- No credits are consumed when you find a duplicate email.
- No extra credits are consumed when the emails go through the verification system. It is an embedded operation.
