- The volume of credits on your balance determines the number of business emails you can find.
- Credits are consumed when you find email addresses.
- Your credits balance will be supplemented depending on:
- Your billing cycle: monthly vs. yearly.
- Your current subscription.
You can track your email credits consumption on your web dashboard, right underneath your name on the left panel, or on your account settings.
- Email credits are only consumed when you find an email address.
Important:
- No credits are consumed if a lead is saved with no email available.
- No credits are consumed when you find a duplicate email.
- No extra credits are consumed when the emails go through the verification system. It is an embedded operation.
