Your billing settings in Skrapp.io consolidate all essential information related to your subscription, past transactions, and invoices. This centralized section allows you to easily manage and review your financial details associated with Skrapp.io.

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Navigate to the dashboard: Start by logging into your Skrapp.io account and navigating to your dashboard.
  2. Unfold dropdown menu: Click on your name, which is located at the top of the dashboard.
  3. Billing menu: From the dropdown menu that appears, choose the "Billing" option.

Once you select "Billing," you will be directed to a page where you can view and manage all your billing-related information, including current subscription details, previous purchase records, and copies of your invoices.

This feature is designed to give you easy and straightforward access to your financial information on Skrapp.io.

Your billing settings will show two tabs: 'Subscription' and 'Invoices'.

2) Subscription Tab

Case 1: Active subscription

Click on the 'Subscription' tab to find details about your current subscription. If you are holding a premium account with an active subscription, your page will show: 

  • Your current active subscription.
  • Your recurring billing amount and subscription cycle (Monthly or Yearly).
  • The volume of credits per billing cycle is supported on the plan.
  • Your renewal date. 
  • The payment detail update option. 
  • The subscription cancellation option.

Case 2: No active subscription

If you read the message "You do not have any active recurring subscription" instead, then it means one of the following:

  • Your subscription has been canceled.
  • You are a Team Member and not a Team Manager and thus do not have access to the billing settings.
  • You're account is subscribed to the Free plan only. 

3) Invoices Tab

Click on the 'Invoices' tab to find your previous invoices, including their price, currency, date, and payment status. 

You can download your invoices by clicking on the download icon. 

If you do not find any invoices, then it means one of the following: 

  • You have never made a payment before.
  • You are a Team Member and not a Team Manager and thus do not have access to the invoices.

    It says "Checkout is currently unavailable, retry later." whenever i try to upgrade my plan

    How do i solve this ?

    I was billed twice for the same subscription.  I would like to have the second charge reversed.  How do I accomplish that.  Also, my payment did not increase my "search credits" which is why I have two billings as I did not think the first time went through.  In the past, when I have paid for a subscription the search credits were immediately increased.
