You can easily manage, search, and view your lists within the tool using the Lists sidebar. Follow the steps below to create a new list, search for existing lists, and explore your data.

 

1) Create a New List

To get started with a new list:

  • Click on the New List button located in the Lists sidebar.
  • A dialog box will appear. Enter your List name.
  • Click on Create to save the new list.

Once created, your list will appear in the sidebar and is ready to be populated with data.

2) Search by List Name

If you have many lists, you can quickly find one using the search feature:

  • Navigate to the search bar in the Lists sidebar.
  • Start typing the name of the list you are looking for.
  • The sidebar will filter and display matching results as you type.

This makes it easy to access the exact list you need without scrolling.

3) View Lists Data

Once you click on a list, you'll be able to view the detailed data associated with it:

Each list displays key information for each lead, including:

  • Name
  • Company
  • Email
  • Email Status
  • Job Role
  • Location

This overview helps you quickly assess and manage your contacts effectively.
