How to Verify a Single Email

In this article, we’ll show you how to use the Single Email Verifier.

Verifying email addresses helps enhance the effectiveness of your email campaigns. By verifying the quality of your emails, this feature significantly reduces bounce rates and gives you greater accuracy, reliability, and control in your email marketing efforts.

Step 1: 

Login to your Skrapp account, click on Email Verifier on the sidebar menu, and then click on the Email Verifier button on the layout.

Step 2:

Enter an email address on the input field then click on the "Verify Email” button to launch the verification and see results.

Step 3:

Email Verification result is fetched with the Email Status and more information related to the email such as :

• Email Syntax Format
• Mailbox Server Status
• Mailbox Type
• Domain

Please note; Mailbox type = Professional means the email is a professional email. However, if the Mailbox type = Webmail means the email is not a professional email.

For professional emails, the verification result is enriched with company information as well. Click on “Get more emails from this company CTA” on the company information section to view leads and get emails from the given company.

Note : To verify another email, you can clear the input field on the above results screen and enter a new email to verify.
