How to Find Emails in Bulk from CSV and Excel Files

Skrapp.io’s Bulk Email Finder is a powerful tool that allows you to find business emails and enrich company data at scale. Whether you're working with a list of names, companies, or domains, you can quickly process large batches using CSV or Excel files.

Follow this step-by-step guide to get started:

Step 1: Navigate to the Bulk Email Finder and Create a New Task

• Go to Skrapp.io and log in to your account.

• From the left-hand side menu, click on Email Finder.

• Then select the Bulk Email Finder tab at the top of the page.

• Click the “New Task” button to start your bulk email finding process.

Step 2: Upload Your File

• In the file upload section, choose your CSV or Excel file that contains the names, companies, or domains you want to search.

• Once selected, click Continue.

Import Requirements:

Before uploading, make sure your file meets the following requirements to ensure a smooth process:

File Formats:

• Accepted formats: .csv, .xlsx, or .txt

Size and Row Limit:

• Maximum file size: 50MB

• Maximum number of rows: 250,000

• Tip: Smaller files with fewer rows will process faster.

Essential Columns:

Your file must include key details for each lead:

• Full name of the lead

• Company name or company domain

Examples of Valid Field Formats:

• First Name, Last Name, Domain → Example: John, Doe, skrapp.io

• Full Name, Company Name → Example: John Doe, Skrapp

• Full Name, Domain → Example: John Doe, skrapp.io

Make sure your file follows one of these formats to avoid issues during processing.

Step 3: Map Your Fields

• Skrapp will prompt you to map your columns to the expected data fields (e.g., First Name, Last Name, Company, Domain).

• If any column doesn’t match a required field, you can skip it.

• After mapping, click Continue.

Step 4: Choose Where to Save Your Results

• Save to File: The results will be appended to your original uploaded file and made available for download.

• Save to List: The results will be stored in one of your Skrapp.io lists for future access.

• After selecting your preferred option, click Launch to begin the task.

Step 5: Access Your Results

• Once the task is complete, you’ll receive a notification.

• You can then download your results or view them in your saved list, depending on the option you chose.
