Managing a single list gives you full control over your leads — from editing the list name to syncing with your CRM, transferring leads, and more. This guide walks you through all available actions to help you get the most out of your list management.

 

1) List Actions

When viewing a single list, you have several list-level actions available:

Edit List Name

  • Click on the pencil icon next to the list name.
  • Enter the new name and hit Save to update it.

CRM Sync

  • Click on the CRM Sync button to sync your entire list to your connected CRM system.

List Statistics

  • View quick stats including:
    • Emails by status (e.g., valid, invalid, unverified)
    • Created date
    • Total number of records in the list

Transfer Leads

  • Click on Transfer Leads to move all leads from the current list to another existing list or create a new one.
  • Choose your destination list and click Transfer to confirm.

Delete List

  • Click on the Delete button and confirm the action to remove the list.

⚠️ Please note: Deleted lists can only be recovered in the next 30 days after deletion.

2) Lead Actions in a List

You can also manage individual or multiple selected leads within a list.

CRM Sync

  • Select one or more leads and click the CRM Sync button to push them to your CRM.

Transfer Leads

  • Select the leads you want to move.
  • Click on Transfer Leads, select the destination list, and click Transfer.

Delete Leads

  • Choose one or more leads and click the Delete button.
  • Confirm deletion to permanently remove them from the list.

⚠️ Deleted leads cannot be restored.

 

3) Lead Card

Clicking on any lead row opens the Lead Card, where you can view and manage individual lead details.

  • View complete information about the lead and their company.

Lead Card Actions

You can perform the following actions directly from the lead card:

  • Edit Lead Information
  • Sync to CRM
  • Transfer to Another List
  • Delete Lead

By using these features, you can effectively organize, sync, and manage your lead data for smoother workflows and better segmentation.
