How to Search for Companies

Overview

The Company Search feature allows you to discover Companies as well as Company leads by providing relevant search filters such as Company Name, Location, Revenue, Year founded and more.

This feature can be used for finding companies and discovering leads from these companies.

1) How to find companies using company search:

Step 1: Go to Search and select Company Search from the tabbed navigation menu.

Step 2: Start by selecting company general filters such as Company name, Type, Industry, Headcount range or specific filters like Location, Funding, Revenue to display results. Use the dropdown to show all fields under each filter category. You can filter by -

• Company (Name or Website)
• Company Type
• Industry
• Specialties
• Headcount Range
• Year Founded
• Location
• Revenue
• Funding

Step 3: Based on your search criteria, fill in specific or as many filters if you want to narrow down your search results. Hit Search to see all companies matching your filters with more information:

• Company Name
• Location
• Emails Available Industry
• Headcount

Step 4:  To see leads of all companies from your search results, click on “Search Leads” button. This option searches leads for filtered companies using Lead Search.

2) How to find company leads using company search

After applying the necessary filters in the Company Search and getting your results, you can find leads for those companies. Alternatively, you can search directly by Company Name and find leads for a specific company by following the steps below.

Step 1: All Companies found by applying filters have a Get Emails CTA. Click on it to see company details and all leads from that company.

Step 2: As a result of clicking “Get Emails”, company leads for the specific company are displayed along with detailed company information. Click on the “See More” button to see detailed company information such as :

• Industry
• Type
• Size
• Year Founded
• Headquarters
• Revenue

Company leads will be displayed in the following format:

• Full Name
• Job Title
• Location

Step 3: You have three options to save company leads to your list.

• Save leads in bulk by clicking on the ”Save All Leads” button
• Save selected leads by selecting required leads via check box and clicking on the “Save Selected Leads” button
• Save a single lead by clicking the ”Save in List” button available next to each lead.

Note - 25 leads are displayed per page, you can switch to following pages to see more leads. To go back to Company Search results you can click on the “Back” button.

3) Search History

• Click on Search History button to view your recent 5 searches
• A Search History side panel will open on your right to view your recent 5 searches. Click on Load Filters to apply filters and view search results
