Skrapp applies daily limits to People Search and Companies Search to ensure fast, reliable performance for everyone. This article explains how these limits work and what to expect on your plan.
Key things to know
- Viewing search results is always free. Search limits are completely separate from your credits. Credits are only spent when you enrich a lead or reveal specific company data — never for running a search or viewing results.
- Limits reset daily. All search limits refresh every 24 hours.
- Hitting a search limit does not affect your credits, and running low on credits does not affect your search limits. The two work independently.
In the tables below, Pro refers to Professional plans and Ent refers to Enterprise plans.

How searches are counted
A search only counts if it returns at least one result. If your search returns zero results, it won't count against your daily limit.
Browsing through pages of results doesn't count as a new search. Moving to page 2, 3, and so on within the same search is free and counts only once.
AI searches count twice. When you run an AI (natural-language) search, it counts toward both your AI search limit and your total search limit. For example, on Pro 10K you have 80 total searches and 20 AI searches per day — using all 20 AI searches also uses 20 of your 80 total searches.
AI searches that can't be interpreted don't count. If an AI search is blank or can't be turned into any filters, it won't count against your limits.
Enrichment is unlimited by search caps
You can enrich any or all of the results returned in a search — limited only by your available credits, not by your search limits.
